I left my vehicle on but not running to charge my phone and forgot. I had a dead battery that was so dead that the vehicle would not stay running after jump starting it several times. I was able to get it started again and made it to Coogler's for an emergency appointment to get it looked into. Without any notice, they didn't have much time to look things over but did a charging system evaluation to let me know that the charging system was fine and that it just needed a chance to charge back enough to get back to normal. No charge for the charging system evaluation as no repairs were needed. Many thanks to Coogler's for being there with trust worthy evaluation and advice. Just had my 2019 Toyota Highlander Hybrid major service done by Coogler’s today. I could not recommend them any higher, the appointment went great from the time I entered the front door to the finish when I picked the car up at the end of the day. Jeff & his crew were very professional, friendly & were very willing to help with any questions or comments. Again I HIGHLY recommend this shop for any of your vehicle needs. I stumbled upon Coogler's based on earlier reviews that I had read when looking for a place to take my car. I've now been there twice and I am extremely impressed with their honesty and work. I plan on going to Coogler's for all my future car needs.

This was my go-to location for auto repairs for a couple of years when I was in the area. They always gave me great service and were very transparent about their work. Whenever they told me I needed a repair, they would usually take photos of the problem on the car and submit them to an online invoice which could be seen by clicking a link they email you. This helped me to feel they're trustworthy and not trying to make unnecessary repairs for more money, and it also helped me keep track of all the work they've done to the car, how much each repair costs, and read any notes from the mechanic they included on the invoice. If I still lived there I would still take my car to Cooglers!
