Coogler has been slowly earning my respect. I had a lot of trust and respect from another auto service company. The family sold the business to a large auto corporation and is now weaning out some of the "old people" that I have known and trust with my vehicles over the years. Trust is the biggest issue with auto repair companies. If you don't have it, then don't have them work on your prize possessions, your ride. I had them work on other vehicles that I own and have nothing but good things to say. There was an issue a while ago that they came out and said that this needs to be done by the cars manufacture. I went and found out that it was covered under warranty and got a new transmission installed under warranty. The front desk people are a great example of building trust with the customers. they are the ones that you deal with and has to deal with you.
