If you are looking for an "old style personal" Service Garage, with 21st Century technology and skills, (with added DMV service and the Coolest Kids Only Zone 🤯- Coogler's checks all the boxes. I'd work -Customer Service and Parts Acquisition research- for them any day. Coogler's assessed and fixed my 2008 Prius - for its first non-maintenance repair need. Courtney, Dave gave me the MOST excellent information about my car's ideosyncracies and potential service challenges, throughout the process - on the busiest days. I observed both Dave & colleague Jeff collaborate to meet that morning's customers - both face to face and on the phone- with an unusual level of cheerfulness and conviviality, without losing focus on details & efficiency. Very impressive. Dave also secured a service (happened to be "Uber") for swift transportation to and from my home.
