Squeezed me in for a last minute smog on a Friday afternoon when they didn’t have to. Very communicative, waiting room is clean with nice amenities. The service was priced very fair, will definitely be back!

I take both my car and my pickup to Cooglers and have them serviced and have them take care of any repairs that need to be done and have never been disappointed with the quality of work they have done and the fair price of getting things done and on time! Karl is the main guy that I call but everyone at the front desk is very friendly and knowledgeable ! Cooglers works great for me!

Coogler has been slowly earning my respect. I had a lot of trust and respect from another auto service company. The family sold the business to a large auto corporation and is now weaning out some of the "old people" that I have known and trust with my vehicles over the years. Trust is the biggest issue with auto repair companies. If you don't have it, then don't have them work on your prize possessions, your ride. I had them work on other vehicles that I own and have nothing but good things to say. There was an issue a while ago that they came out and said that this needs to be done by the cars manufacture. I went and found out that it was covered under warranty and got a new transmission installed under warranty. The front desk people are a great example of building trust with the customers. they are the ones that you deal with and has to deal with you.

All way receive the greatest comprehensive service at Coogler’s. And I have never felt like I’ve overpaid or been tres ahh K en advantage of. Staff is thorough and helpful. I will keep going back in the future.

Ive been going to Cooglers for years and always had a great experience. The staff is super helpful and friendly. The work is clean and professional. I always know what I'm paying for ahead of time so there are no surprises . I also love the kids area for when I have my kids with and the incredibly clean lobby with power stations, coffee and snacks. I highly recommended Cooglers and drive all the way from Cotati just because the service and professionalism is top notch.
