I just took my truck to Coogler for the first time. Having owned my own business as well as having worked for two very successful local companies, I understand the need for great customer service. The crew at Coogler's is the best at service. In my 73 years, I have never had automotive service better than Coogler's. I highly recommend them.

From the moment you walk into Coogler's, you are greeted in a friendly, courteous manner. The lobby is clean and has comfortable seating, with snacks and drinks available, as well as an area for entertainment for gamers. They provide exceptional service, from the cost estimates, to an honest assessment of your vehicle's condition and issues, to enabled messaging via email or text for the quotes and the findings, the work, and with pictures provided of what they find. On top of this excellent communication, their process when the work is completed, is to have the floor supervisor not only go over the technician's work and findings, and but will also test drive the car if warranted. I 100% trust the team at Coogler's, to not only do the right thing for the best price, but also to guarantee the work they do. The peace of mind, as a result, is priceless. I will never take my car anywhere else!

Coogler's is the best. They are very thorough and don't charge you just to tell you what is wrong or if there is a problem with your vehicle like the dealers do. I can't even tell you how accommodating they are compared to other places I have been. I highly recommend them with no reservations!
