On top of this excellent communication, their process when the work is completed, is to have the floor supervisor not only go over the technician's work and findings, and but will also test drive the car if warranted. Coogler's is the best. They are very thorough and don't charge you just to tell you what is wrong or if there is a problem with your vehicle like the dealers do. I can't even tell you how accommodating they are compared to other places I have been. I highly recommend them with no reservations!
