I was able to get a same day appointment with Courtney today and I couldn't be happier with the level of service I received! I called in because of a weird squeak that turned out to be an issue with the brakes on my truck. Courtney was honest with me and told me I only needed to replace the front brakes for now. There was zero pressure and he didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. The shop is newly remodeled. It is very clean and welcoming. This is a place where I would be totally comfortable waiting with my kids. The owners were even thoughtful enough to create a really nice "Kid Zone". This stood out to me as a mom who has had to wait around in one too many funky waiting areas where I did not want my kids to touch anything! I am a new loyal customer. Thank you Courtney! My brakes went out and I was afraid to drive my car. I contacted Courtney and he was very quick to respond and even came to pick up my car with zero contact due to me being immunocompromised. He was able to pick it up the same day I contacted him and drop it off for me. I am so thankful and will definitely go back should I need any other help. Thanks again!! First to Review Cant say enough about the service I received at Cooglers. I needed a smog done on my wife's car. She was also complaining about a weird shake in the front end when driving over a certain speed. I called Cooglers to make a smog appt. Courtney was very easy to deal with and very pleasant over the phone. He got my car in the same day, Smogged the vehicle with no hiccups and made a simple repair to eliminate the shake in the front end. Never did I feel like there was an attempt to upsell me on services I didn't need as I have experienced at so many other shops. Courtney you've gained yourself a loyal customer. BEST SERVICE EVER! I have used 5+ mechanics over the 18 years that I have been in Santa Rosa and nobody has ever been more true to their word than Courtney. He is honest, dependable and very human. He is not perfect (none of us are) but he has always done whats right by me in regards to the 5 personal cars he has serviced as well as the 65 Fleet Vehicles that I trusted him to take care of for the past 4 years.
