Where do I begin. I drive a 2007 Mercury Grand Marquis for the past 14 years and perform the maintenance myself. After 107,000 miles, I refurbished the brake system with all new after market parts believing they are more superior then OEM. Ever since the repair I have had a soft and sinking brake pedal and no shop could rectify the cause. I drove to Coogler's about 7 miles from my home. I was given a free diagnostic inspection with photos and a report. I was skeptical but what the hey, my brakes were not up to my standard and especially for a panic stop. Courtney replaced the system with reputable parts from local parts houses and drove the car to my home the following day. I was flabbergasted after inspecting the parts I had installed only 47000 miles ago. I am very impressed with the communication of Courtney and his staff and their total professionalism. I am 86 years old with a lot of experience with people and mechanics. But hey, I am retired and have other things to do. I will from now on, have Coogler's Auto Repair maintain my other two vehicles when the need required. Thank you staff, Lisa and Courtney for your genuine attitude to your fiduciary responsibility. I can’t express how thrilled I am with such a great and positive experience. When most other shops had no availability they got me in right away and were very flexible about me having to adjust my scheduled appointment time. I needed work done with my power steering and they were fast and very reliable. The facility is incredible. A large waiting room that is spotless, comfortable, and with lots of snacks. Lisa the receptionist was an absolute angel. I’m sad I’m leaving the area because I would be a repeat customer for sure. Cannot recommend them enough.
