The customer service at Coogler's is outstanding. I had to have my car towed there and they called me back to make sure I was OK and wasn't stranded. This is my new go to auto repair shop! The follow up is amazing.

THIS PLACE WAS FABULOUS!!!! I am sooooo glad I found COOGLERS AUTO REPAIR shop today looking for a smog to be done on my favorite car. They were kind, clean, affordable and took me without an appointment-2 others would not...We had a bad experience with a smog check place on Santa Rosa Ave...my Ford Escort 1994 did not pass for the 1st time my husband repaired it and we took it back and the man was not inclined to retest after just one day and paying him $75.00???? I drove down Piner Road and had 2 smog places tell me no appointment-no service and they were kinda not nice either. I was going home and made one more stop at COOGLERS AUTO REPAIR & they said sure come on in we can do it. They were soooo nice and let me wait inside where it was clean-pandemic safe-air conditioned-a clean restroom-water, beverages and snacks BUT mostly eveyone I spoke to was AWESOME. This is now my go to place no doubt!!! YOU SHOULD TRY THEM THEY ROCK!!! Laurie S.
