Santa Rosa Auto Repair

I was pleasantly surprised by this auto shop. Courtney was a professional service advisor and thus my faith in a local shop was restored. I brought my car due to a grinding noise and to get an alignment after replacing suspension parts myself(mostly because I don't trust anyone to do the work) and they were able to do the alignment in the same day. This is the only shop in Santa Rosa that will do the job right! Also, I love the design of the lobby. It functional and welcoming. Great job, Cooglers! I cant wait to tell everyone! God bless you.

I said it many times before I would not allow anybody to work on my car other than Cooglers Auto Repair they have done me good for the two years two and a half years that they've been in business and Courtney has worked on my car's prior to that my car will be getting serviced by them next week and I actually look forward to it

Decided to try Coogler's Auto Repair because of the reviews online. I took my truck in for a check engine light to be diagnosed today. The place is exceptionally clean, the advisor (Billy) was very professional. The receipt i was given had photos of the failing parts in question and a description of how they were tested by the technician (Gary). The quote for the repair was more than fair. This will now be my auto repair shop of choice. Nice job because i usually dont trust repair shops.

I called Coogler Auto Repair since I saw that they do SMOG certification. A man named Karl answered and was polite and professional on scheduling an appointment for the SMOG check. When I came in it was Karl who completed the process. Answered any questions I had and set the expectations of the appointment which to me is a plus. The building is very clean and spacious. There's a kids area with some gaming consoles and a charging stations for those who need to work on their laptops or phones while they wait. Easy appointment, painless experience. I Left feeling accomplished and supported.

Topnotch customer service with great communication. Easy to discuss repair option. Service team was quick to get me back on the road. Very thankful for the quality and care provided.
